This is the home page for TheVIC20 USA Users Group.
TheVIC20 is a replica of the Commodore VIC-20 home computer from the early 1980s. It is a product of Retro Games LTD in the UK. They are the creators of TheC64 Mini, a Commodore 64 software emulator, and TheC64, a larger version of the mini that features a full size functional keyboard.
TheVIC20 is a special edition of TheC64 with different built-in software (more VIC-20 games) and a keyboard and case that looks like a VIC rather than a C64. Internally, the hardware is supposedly identical.
TheVIC20 is not currently sold in the USA but can be imported from Amazon UK and other Amazons (confirmed from France as well).
TheC64 will be sold by Amazon USA starting early November. While owners of TheC64 are certainly welcome to join TV20USAUG, the focus of this group will be the VIC-20.
